Access for two jobs only
The scopes Zeyl requests from Google Workspace are limited to two jobs: reading the user directory and writing the Gmail signature setting. Your admin grants them through domain-wide delegation and can revoke them at any time.
Zeyl does not need access to the content of your email to write a signature; its job is the signature setting alone.

What Gmail's built-in signature setting leaves open
In Gmail, the signature is a personal setting. Everyone builds their own, logos and colors vary from person to person, and when a job title changes the signature often stays out of date. The admin console has no visual designer for a company-wide signature filled in with each person's details.
Zeyl uses the same Gmail signature setting but fills it in centrally: a visual studio, details from the directory, hourly sync, banners, surveys and click tracking. Your team keeps using Gmail exactly as before.
PRICING
Clear, simple pricing
The Personal plan is free: design your signature, then copy or download it. The Google Workspace connection, campaigns and surveys come with the Team plan: €9 per month plus €1 per person. Larger organizations can request an Enterprise quote.
There is no trial for Google Workspace, because a signature written to Gmail cannot be rolled back. Payment is in euros.

What about people who use Outlook or Apple Mail instead of Gmail?
They can copy the signature as HTML or download it, with step-by-step instructions for each app in the product. A copied signature is static and does not update when a campaign changes.
