Entra ID sync
People details are synced from your Entra ID (Azure AD) directory. When someone's job title changes, their signature follows.
Zeyl adds your company signature on the server to every email sent through Exchange Online. Nobody on your team has to install or configure anything.
Zeyl sets up a mail flow rule and an outbound connector in Exchange Online. Outgoing mail passes through the Zeyl gateway, the signature is added on the server, and the message returns to Microsoft 365 to continue on its way.
Loop protection makes sure a processed message is never processed twice. Zeyl does not read or store the content of your email; it only adds the signature.
Pick a template in the signature studio or enter your website address; Zeyl scans your logo and colors to build a starting design.
An admin with the Exchange Administrator role who can consent on behalf of the organization approves the connection. The rule and connector are created automatically.
Choose the domain and start the rollout in “only me” mode. Check how the signature looks on the messages you send.
When you are happy with the result, switch the rollout to “everyone”. From then on, all outgoing mail on that domain carries the signature.
Instead of waiting for each employee to set up a signature, you design it once. Fields such as name, job title and phone number are filled in from the directory for each person, so signatures look consistent and still feel personal.
Changes in the studio are saved to a draft automatically. When you click Publish, the new signature goes live and users do not have to do a thing.
People details are synced from your Entra ID (Azure AD) directory. When someone's job title changes, their signature follows.
A new employee added to the directory sends their very first email with the company signature.
Describe a change, such as “add our address and take the colors from the logo”, or upload an image. Every change can be undone.
Because the signature is added on the server, the email app doesn't matter. Outlook for Windows, Mac and the web, Outlook mobile and the phone's built-in mail app all send the same signature, as does any email that goes through Exchange.
There is no add-in, no agent and no user setting. A quick reply from a salesperson's phone looks as polished as a proposal sent from a desktop.

Zeyl manages each domain as its own property. If you run several brands or domains, you can turn each one on or off separately and move each rollout forward at its own pace.
In “only me” mode, only the account that set up the connection gets the signature. You see the design on real messages, then switch to “everyone” with a single setting.
Zeyl asks for two permissions: Exchange.Manage to create the mail flow rule, and User.Read.All to read profile fields such as name, job title and phone number. They are granted by an admin with the Exchange Administrator role who can consent for the organization.
When you remove Zeyl, the mail flow rule and the app registration are deleted, and your mail flow returns to how it was before Zeyl.
Zeyl does not read or store the content of your email; it only adds the signature.
Processed messages are marked and never processed again.
The bottom of the hundreds of emails your company sends each day is one of its most viewed spaces. With Zeyl's modules, different teams can put that space to work for their own goals.
Schedule the banner under the signature by team and date, and track clicks with go.zeyl.io short links.
Add a meeting or demo link to every message with a call-to-action button.
Add your organization's legal notice to everyone's signature. Because it is added on the server, users cannot delete it.
Put a one-click survey in the signature: satisfaction faces, NPS (0 to 10) or yes/no.
Microsoft 365 offers two ways to handle signatures: each user sets their own in Outlook, or an admin writes an Exchange rule with hand-coded HTML. The first leaves consistency up to employees; the second has no visual designer and means editing code every time something changes.
Zeyl fills the gap between the two: a visual studio, personal details from the directory, staged rollout per domain, scheduled banners, click tracking and surveys in the signature. Setup still relies on Microsoft 365's own rule and connector framework.
The Personal plan is free: design your signature, then copy or download it. The Microsoft 365 connection, campaigns and surveys are part of the Team plan: €9 per month plus €1 per person. Larger organizations can request an Enterprise quote.
You can try the Team plan with Microsoft 365 for 5 days. A card is required up front and the trial covers up to 25 people. Payment is in euros.

Details are synced from your Entra ID directory. A new employee is included automatically once they are added to the directory.
Zeyl's Microsoft 365 setup is built for Exchange Online. Organizations running their own Exchange server can design a signature and copy it as HTML.
The mail flow rule and app registration are deleted and your mail flow returns to how it was. Removal also deletes the Zeyl data stored for your organization.
Design it in minutes, publish it to your team.
